News Update

I will be teaching a 7:30am class every Friday at Anytime Fitness in Cape Coral, FL. Please come by.

Also, this gives me an open schedule to come do Yoga Parties, group, or private classes. Please let me know which you might have an interest in. And remember, I’ll travel to you!
